WEEE Statement

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive) is the European Community Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).

These regulations require that, when disposing of electrical and electronic equipment at the end of its useful life, it must be recycled and/or disposed of in accordance with the directive.

The manufacturer or importer (the producer) of the goods is responsible for their disposal/recycling in the correct manner.

Where Link Hamson Ltd is the Producer, it will take back waste electronic equipment which has been sold since 4th December 1991 (date of incorporation) and for which it is still the Producer when it has reached “end of life”.

Please contact us for further details.

Limited Liability

Liability for delayed delivery or faulty products is limited to the purchase price of the goods in question at all times.
